How come your price is less than others we got?
We believe in high quality, not high prices. Most people are surprised our estimates are lower than other remodeling companies. The fact is, we have very low overhead and the savings are passed directly to you. Your paying just for your project, not company vehicles, tv commercials, sales commisions etc. Those things do not add value or quality to your project so why pay for them.

What is included in my free estimate?
Your estimate will have a detailed breakdown of the work we will perform on your project & materials included. Also it will include the total price to complete job. The price you get is the price you pay. No hidden charges.

What is the payment process like?
Your contract will list the breakdown of progress payments. You only pay after work has been completed as per your contract. At the end of your project you will make the final payment. Beware of contractors that ask for large amounts of money upfront. We also accept major credit cards.

What is a change order?
A change order usually occurs when a job is in progress and a homeowner wants to change something. Some contractors see this as an opportunity to charge you for something more. We are very flexible in this situation. If my company can do it for free we will. Its all about customer satisfaction! Remember you have the right to have other bids for that change order too.

Do you charge for design?
Normaly no. Good design helps us build a better project, so we try to include it for free whenever possible. Some larger projects may have a small design fee due to the amount of time needed.

What kind of materials will I get?
Your estimate will list materials and fixtures. We use all high quality products. Every client is different. Some like to pick everything themselves, most need help with tile or fixtures. We are here to help you. We have lots of resources and ways to save you money, you get our contractor discounts. The main thing to know is that we want you to love your project and we will work with you to make sure it is what you expected if not better.

How long will my remodel take?
Every project is different and it depends on the scope of work. We normaly list project time in your estimte.

Do you have a showroom?
No, not directly. It adds to your cost and is not necessary. Our local suppliers all have amazing displays and a larger selection than any local remodeling showroom could offer. They also are updated weekly with the latest products. So why pay me to have a showroom with a few out of date displays? Save money!

Why is your company my best choice?
We are a smaller specialty remodeling company so we can offer better quality at a lower price and minimal hastle. Your project is run directly by the contractor on site daily, not a "project manager" or "sales guy". We assure your project is completed to our high standards and that you are informed at all times. You are working directly with the contractor so changes are painless and get completed quicker. We have no sales people! My experience working for larger contractors is that, the more people involved in the project the more confusion and problems that arise. Often when there is a problem everyone just blames the other guy. It is very hard to run a large remodeling company and not have problems on the job site. It is just the nature of the business. Don't be discouraged there are many good contractors in San Diego who offer a better built product. I think the best advice is your contractor should be directly involved in running your job on a daily basis. Advice is always free so lets talk about what we can do for you.
